A second gunman has been charged in the fatal shooting of an 8-year-old girl in the Roseland neighborhood in August, according to police. Marcus Cocroft, 16, of the 10900 block of South Wentworth Avenue, was charged as an adult for the first-degree murder of Tanaja Stokes, police said this morning.
